Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Helion AI Infrastructure ("Helion", "we") for the use of BIOS: the apps, the server, and this website. By creating an account or using BIOS you accept them.
1. Beta service
BIOS is in private beta. Features can change, break, or be removed, and we may limit who can use it. We may end the beta or your access at any time. Beta access is free; if we introduce pricing we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
2. Who can use BIOS
You must be at least 18 and using BIOS for a business. If you use BIOS on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions you approve for your agents.
4. Connected platforms and AI subscriptions
- When you connect a platform (for example Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, Microsoft, or Slack) you authorize BIOS to access it on your behalf within the scopes shown at sign-in, and you remain responsible for complying with that platform's terms.
- When you sign in to an AI subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok) inside BIOS, agents run on that subscription under your agreement with that provider. You are responsible for staying within that provider's terms and limits.
- You can disconnect any platform or subscription at any time from inside the app.
5. Agents, approvals, and outcomes
BIOS agents propose actions and, for reversible ones, may carry them out once you have approved enough of them to earn autonomy. Irreversible actions always wait for your approval. Agents are software using AI models: their proposals can be wrong. You decide what runs, and you are responsible for the business decisions you make with BIOS. We do not promise any revenue, conversion, or other business result.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use BIOS to break the law, to violate a connected platform's rules, to send unsolicited messages, to access data you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the service or other customers. Do not reverse engineer BIOS or resell access to it.
7. Your data
You own your data. You give us the rights needed to run BIOS for you, as described in the privacy policy. We never sell your data or share it across customers.
8. Our intellectual property
BIOS, Helios-1, and everything we make are owned by Helion. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we end the beta. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer
BIOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Helion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of BIOS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for BIOS in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use BIOS after that means you accept the new terms.
